All CAMSOL products are manufactured and quality-tested at our facility in Keezhillam, Ernakulam and are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Certification documents are available on request.

3. Agricultural results disclaimer

CAMSOL products are designed and tested to improve soil health, nutrient availability, and crop productivity. However, agricultural outcomes are influenced by a wide range of factors beyond the product itself — including soil type, pH, drainage, rainfall, temperature, irrigation practices, existing pest or disease pressure, plant genetics, and farming methods.

CAMSOL does not guarantee specific yield increases or crop outcomes. Any results mentioned in our marketing materials or product descriptions are indicative, based on trials under specific conditions. Results in your field may vary. We recommend consulting our farm expert via WhatsApp before beginning a new application programme.

4. Ordering and payment

By placing an order on this website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. An order is confirmed only once we send you an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking through our payment partner Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at the time of your order confirmation is the price that applies to your purchase.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines and conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CAMSOL’s liability in connection with any product purchase is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including crop loss, revenue loss, or loss arising from advice given by our farm experts in good faith.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or a purchase from us shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
