Delivery areas

CAMSOL delivers across all 14 districts of Kerala and to select pin codes across South India. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all Kerala orders. For orders outside Kerala, prepaid payment via UPI or card is required.

Dispatch schedule

Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

You will receive a WhatsApp message with your shipment tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery charges

Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout when your order value meets the threshold for your region (as shown in the table above). Orders below the free delivery threshold are charged a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Dealer bulk orders (50 kg and above) are delivered at negotiated freight rates. Contact us on WhatsApp for bulk shipping quotes.

Packaging

All CAMSOL products are packaged in sealed, moisture-resistant bags or bottles. Products are inspected before dispatch. If you notice visible damage to packaging at the time of delivery, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately on WhatsApp.

We use minimal and recyclable packaging wherever possible in line with our commitment to sustainable agriculture.

Delays and exceptions

Delivery timelines may be affected by natural events, courier disruptions, or peak agricultural seasons. CAMSOL will notify you via WhatsApp if a significant delay is expected on your order.

For remote or high-altitude pin codes in Idukki, Wayanad, and Palakkad, delivery may take up to 2 additional business days.

COD orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected by the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible. CAMSOL does not add any additional charge for COD beyond what is shown at checkout.
