Our commitment

CAMSOL stands behind the quality of every product we dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked. Our return and refund process is handled entirely through WhatsApp for your convenience.

What is eligible for return or refund

Damaged product

Product received with torn packaging, leaking bag, broken seal, or any physical damage caused during transit.

Wrong product delivered

You ordered one product and received a different product or different quantity than what was on your order confirmation.

Missing items in order

You ordered multiple products and one or more items were missing from the delivery.

Not eligible: opened or used products

Agricultural products that have been opened and applied to soil or crops cannot be returned. This is a standard requirement for soil amendments and bio-inputs across the industry.

Return window

Return and refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or wrong products. Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted. If you discover a missing item after opening the outer packaging, raise the request on the same day of delivery.

How to raise a return or refund request

Photograph the issue

Take a clear photo of the damaged product, wrong item, or empty package before opening or disposing.

Send the photo to +91 62820 21210 with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Resolution

We will confirm the return or replacement within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • UPI / Card payments: Refunded to the original account within 5 – 7 business days after approval.
  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI to the account you provide. Processing takes 5 – 7 business days.

Order cancellation

Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched. WhatsApp us your order number immediately. Cancellation is confirmed and any prepaid amount is refunded within 3 – 5 business days.

After dispatch: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled online. For COD orders, you may refuse the delivery at the door. For prepaid orders, please contact us to discuss options.

COD refusal: Repeated refusal of COD deliveries from the same address may result in COD being unavailable for future orders from that address.

Agricultural product disclaimer

CAMSOL products are formulated and tested for use on Kerala’s soil types and crop varieties. However, crop yield and plant response depend on a range of factors outside our control — including soil conditions, weather, water availability, existing pest pressure, and farming practices. We do not offer returns or refunds on the basis of crop performance outcomes. If you are unsatisfied with results, please contact our farm expert on WhatsApp and we will work with you to assess and improve the application programme.
